Brought my 65 y/o mom here for respiratory infection. The women who registered her had a real attitude. We subsequently watched several people come and go before us. None of which appeared sick! 2 hrs 40 minutes with only 3 people in the waiting when we arrived. This place needs either some competition or supervision. I hope the administration takes notice.

Showed up just before close. The RN did his job, taking a thorough history. The PA was wonderful. However, something happened and my script didn't get sent over. The office was closed so I went the night in pain. Being a nurse I understand things happen so I roughed it out the night. Called the next morning to an argumentative receptionist who informed me that he PA did not document anywhere that she would sending me anything and therefore they could do nothing unless I wanted to be seen again as the PA I saw was not in that day. Requested they call her to get this straightened out, she refused to do that as well and informed me that she "had other patients waiting" and that she "needed to go". I am a registered nurse, and I am appalled.

The doctors must get paid by the hour rather than by patient 3 hours total for a strep swab. Ridiculous to keep sick people waiting that long. No sense of urgency whatsover for urgent care. Never going back better off making an appt with a primary and waiting.

The staff is always very friendly and efficient each time I've had to come in. I've come in 4 times on weekdays with no appointment and have never had any issues

All the doctors and nurses we have seen there for my daughter have been friendly and helpful. They made her feel welcome and cared for. The front desk can be a bit quick and formal but they often seem to be understaffed and trying to do a lot and accomplish a lot without having a lot of resources. There can be a long wait here, but an overheard conversation has led me to believe that is a lack of adequate staffing which is not the front desk or the doctors/nurses fault and the fault of someone who is not authorizing more money for payroll. The staff themselves do a great job considering the resources at their disposal.

Again, the clinical staff was wonderful. The front staff, well...this should have been handled differently. I was not asking for a narcotic. There was no reason they could not have called the PA I saw to authorize my medication.
